Great therapeutic tool.
I get sciatica/piriformis symptoms from time to time. This TRX Deep Tissue Roller is very helpful in relieving tight muscles in my glute area. I use it to roll side to side as well as up and down, using my full body weight while sitting on top. It really helps knock the knots down. It’s also a good roller for my back and my thighs, even the bottoms of my feet (one foot at a time – use caution please). My body weight is 215 but this roller has no problem handling my size and weight for the large muscle groups. I would describe the resistance level as stiff, not much give at all. The diameter is 6 inches and the length is 14 inches and it is very lightweight. I highly recommend this roller for your muscle therapy exercises. Thanks.

Great Roller!
This is far better than the typical hard foam roller. Feels more like a deep massage as opposed to rolling on what feels like a baseball bat over your injured area. Very lite and easy to toss around. I like this A LOT more than those others.

Hits the spot
I roll almost every day. I also have a smooth foam roller and a trigger point roller. This one is my favorite. It targets those sore spots and hits them deeper than the trigger point roller does. I don’t feel like I need to use a massage gun as often as previously.

Makes noise when rolling! Yes. And not good.
The foam core cylinder is not attached to the outer rubbery skin. It feels good but does squeak a lot when rolling since the two materials rub. I would not purchase again.

I weight about 80 kg. The core of this roller is made of a soft material that gives way. The outer black rubber is hard at first, but eventually becomes more very giving. Not very durable and not a great value for money.
