Don’t have to “tread” lightly on this treadmill
First off, I would like to set the stage for my strength level with regard to my ability to maneuver with this machine. I am a month away from being a 50-year-old woman with intermediate/moderate workout levels/skills. I am not a super athlete, but I can keep up with a moderate or moderate to advanced workout. Next, I want to point out that there are TWO options advertised under the listing for this walking pad, but the review pics all show the one with the grip and everyone responded that it came with the grip when I posted in the Q&A, so I was a little apprehensive about which machine would arrive. I was torn between this machine and the other one offered by Urevo (URTM020) here on Amazon (which has a different incline method and lists that it goes through 3 stages of incline at 5%, 7%, and 9%), but there was a discount offered for this “without grip” machine at the time and I wanted a walking pad without the grip, so I made the selection for “without grip” and that is what I got (YAY!).I ordered it on 10/30 and it arrived via UPS on 11/6. The packaging’s integrity was intact and very well done (no disintegrating Styrofoam mess or foam peanuts to clean up after unpacking it). It wasn’t too heavy for me to slide it into the door on its side via the packing straps encircling it. After opening it, I made sure that the machine was right-side-up and I figured out which end of the plastic (that it was wrapped in) had the opening, and then removed that side of styrofoam and the styrofoam across the top of it and slid it out of its packaging and slid/rolled it where I needed it (all on the same level of my home-I will need help from my son if I decide to move it upstairs to my bedroom). It was ready to use out of the box-only requiring the batteries to be installed in the remote, and the plug to be connected (which is in the front of the machine, in case anyone thought it was in another area on it). There might be a need to adjust or tighten the belt, but that wasn’t necessary for me.After reading the manual, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it had even more perks (that I had wanted since I had been shopping around for a walking pad). It has 3 thirty-minute pre-programmed workouts (fat-burning, hill, and walk) and the incline goes up in increments of 1%!! So it will incline 1% throughout ALL 9 LEVELS and not only incline through 3 stages/levels with increments of 3%, 6%, or 9%, etc. like other walking pads that I have seen advertised with an incline function. I also LOVE that it is an auto incline pad and not manual, so that is one of the main features that sold me. I mean, who wants to have to manually change incline levels throughout a workout if you want to adjust the level for a varied terrain or hill-like workout? There is also a scan code inside the manual that provides some how-to videos for maintaining/lubricating or adjusting the belt that can be found on YouTube.Unfortunately, the front of the machine is not as flat or the same height as the back because the wheels for moving it around which also act as a part of the incline feature, make it taller in the front so it does not fit under my sofa (as I had planned to store it), but this is a small setback considering the other surprising perks I got for the purchase. I have used it a couple of times with the fat-burning and hill pre-programmed settings and I LOVE IT!I cannot attest to its durability, but it seems to be pretty sturdy. The cord isn’t very long so there may be a need for an extension cord unless an outlet is close by to where you intend on using it. The treadmill belt isn’t that wide or long, so I don’t know if someone who is pretty tall, has a long walking stride, or is near the maximum weight for use would be able to comfortably use this. However, it is very quiet. I like to pull it out while I am watching TV for use and I don’t find myself struggling to hear whatever is on.So I hope that this review can answer questions to help your decision for purchase. I tried to think of as much as I could because if you’re like me and scour reviews for supporting details to guide a purchase, sometimes people just don’t add enough about the experience or the item to quench your curiosity.

    Nice Treadmill
I use this with a standing desk while working and am happy with my purchase. It is perfect for walking, and the speeds range from slow .6 MPH on up to much faster than I walk. The deck is a little short for full-out running (if you run, your stride is longer and you need a long deck) but is good for walking and strikes a good balance in terms of size as it is small enough to fit in my home-office.I have used it for about a month almost every day and so far, so good– no issues and seems like it will hold up. I looked for the Urevo brand after talking to a co-worker who bought one and recommended it. The wheels on the front make it easy to move to and away from the desk.I purchased the model with the incline function. It only goes to 9 degrees (less than commercial models in gyms) but it adds a little more resistance to the walking, which I like. The treadmill overall is quiet, which is great– I use it while on calls and so far no one has seemed to notice. However, it does have a “beep” noise that can’t be turned off that beeps each time a control on the remote is hit, i.e., each speed or incline change, and three beeps as it is turned on. I normally don’t mind the sound but worry when I use it in the early morning that I will wake others in the house up. That’s my only gripe. Other than that, it is a solid machine and am happy I purchased it. I walk much more now, which I know is a good habit.

Very nice but incline is less than listed
We bought the model with the power incline and foldable arms/control bar. It’s really nice for the price.Really only have one disappointment: the powered incline. There are three levels: 1, 2, and 3. At the highest level of 3, I measured an incline of 4 degrees. I checked it several times. That is nowhere near the advertised 9 degrees. Our Life Fitness treadmill is right beside this one, and you can really see the difference. Nine degrees on that beast is challenging! The wife and I really love incline, as it’s an easy way to make exercise more demanding without a significant increase in physical impact. Now the good:* Great packaging. The treadmill arrived in perfect condition.* It comes completely assembled, which is fantastic. Sliding the device holder in its groove is so simple it doesn’t count.* It really is very quiet. Quieter than our Life Fitness treadmill, which cost a lot more.* The foldable arms/control panel is really nice and make it easy to control the treadmill even without the remote.* It doesn’t take up anywhere near the space of a full-size treadmill.* The small control bar doesn’t block your view if you want to watch a show.Overall, for the price it seems to be a great treadmill. Smooth and quiet. Just wish it had some more incline. Strangely, I’ve noticed some people in the comments mentioning 9 levels of incline. The one we received certainly only has three. Maybe the model without the handrails/control bar has more incline levels. Either way, I’m certainly only getting 4 degrees, not the advertised 9 degrees.
