I can do different kettlebell exercises with them, and I really like the way feel and grip and nice weight to them and use the 2nd set of them to use to do different 2 arm kettlebell swings and very durable

価格が安いタイミングで購入しました。画像はAmazonベーシックの20ポンドとの比較です。ラバーコーティングはありませんがツルツル滑るクリア塗装では無いです。筋トレ経験のある成人男ですが、最初は20ポンドぐらいから始めたほうが良いと思います。スイングは特にフォームが大切なので軽めが良いです。今回、10ポンド上げましたが5ポンドずつ上げても良かったかも。

手頃な値段だったので購入してみましたがしっかりした造りで、使用する上で特に問題ありません。男で手は比較的大きい方ですが、ハンドルは両手で小指まで握れるくらいの大きさがあるので、使用中も安定感があります。通常ケトルベルはハンドルを上にした状態で立てて置くことが多いと思いますが、このケトルベルが数字が刻んである平たい面(とその反対側)が大きいので横に倒した状態でも、安定して置くことができました。
