This rower is solid! Dual rails feel super smooth, six height options are clutch, and that a lot capacity means it’s built like a tank. Full‑body sweat sesh without leaving home. Totally worth it!Great for work out in home, really love it .

It seems to be well built and it works OK the rowing part you’re not sitting in the correct position to really row right but you’re still getting a decent workout. I like to row and bike at the same time but my problem with it is it comes with a manual to Download the fit show app it does not work.It needs you to choose the device you’re using. There’s no choice for this best gym device the only choice is either a stationary bike or a row machine or a treadmill so on and so forth, there’s no choice for this specific device so because of that I could not get it to sync, they tried to charge me $60 upfront which I had to call Apple and get my money refunded especially since I was doing a seven day trial and on the first day of the trial they charged me so number one be very very leery of fit show app number two this best gym unit is well built, but it is what it is it’s a hybrid rowing machine/stationary bike just don’t fall into the trap of loading the fit show app and getting charged $60.

Rower/Bike Exercise Machine
I received the product rower/bike and I assembled it. Looks hard at first but it is super easy to assemble. Takes less than 20 minutes to assemble and not too many parts to assemble. It has a battery operated and Bluetooth connecting display for the bike part only. For the rowing which is the reason I purchased it does not have Bluetooth or display monitor. The tension knob is for the bike part only. The rowing tension is based on the 20 Kg or the 45 kg tension elastic rope you use. If it had Bluetooth connectivity and display for the rowing part of the machine it would have been great. The machine can be adjusted in different ways, you have to play with those adjustments to get it perfect feeling/effect for the rowing. While I was first using it to check it out, I was ready to come here and write review using all the “F” words, but luckily I played with it and adjusted and got the effect I wanted so now the review is clean and no “F” words are necessary. Hopefully the manufacturer will get back to me about the display information I need for the rowing part of the machine.

Arrived with missing parts. I notified Amazon they never responded. I reported it to the seller still no response. Instructions were terrible the seat has no handles making it unsteady to ride the bike and I put batteries in the tracker but that don’t work. Just terrible all around don’t waste your money
