Good grip and no chemical smell
I’m very happy with this mat. The first thing I noticed is that it doesn’t have that strong plastic or chemical smell that others have, which is a big plus. I use it on my wooden floor for Pilates and some stretching, and it grips the floor very well; it doesn’t move or slip. My hands also feel secure; I don’t slip. It has a thickness that I find just right—comfortable for my knees without being too thick. The carrying case it comes with is simple but very practical. It’s been a great purchase.

I use my mat for HIIT training, this mat is really good for not slipping like my previous mat did but if jumping on it will move slightly, but not a safety issue.I loved how well packaged the product was and it has its only storage/carrier case.When I first unfolded one end slightly raised but just rolled it the other way and left for a day and it was fine laid flat on the floor.Highly recommend this mat really comfortable to do sit ups etc on although not super thick.
