Lightweight, great for trekking around in muddy, wet, uneven terrain. Wish the tox box was wider.
My first review of these would have been more critical. When I first tried these on I didn’t think I’d ever wear them. The toe box is not so wide as claimed and they seemed very stiff. I took a photo of them brand new, next to a Keen shoe I’ve had for probably 30 years just to show what I consider a wide toe box. But I didn’t get around to writing that review and I have, in fact, worn them on several occasions.I don’t do a lot of hiking, but I have to walk my doodle Billy Boy Blue no matter what the weather is, and my comfortable walking shoes are frequently soaking wet when I get back. Even though I thought they were uncomfortable at first, I gave them a shot, and what I found was that if I actually laced them up, I didn’t slide into the toe box so much, and they were much more comfortable.I wore these to the stables and trekked around in pastures, barns, and gravel roads with Billy and I was pleased with how functional they are. They are very lightweight for such a rugged shoe, and my feet were completely dry. Having the high-top ankle support on uneven terrain is a bonus.I do wish they had a wider toe box. At the end of that trip and on other walks, my toes did start to feel pinched. But I take them off at the door, and I’m glad to have them on rainy and muddy walks.

Nice boots!!! Exactly as shown.
I like the way they look. I have yet to try them on, but they are good. Seem well made and look just like the pics. Once I try them on, I’ll update. I have several foot issues, so good comfortable shoes can be difficult to find for me. They came fast but the packaging wasn’t the best. Just in a plastic bag.

Not great
I thought I was getting waterproof hiking boots, but when they came in the tag said “kitchen staff nonslip shoe”. I don’t think I will be hiking in these, they don’t feel very high quality. I am not sure if they are waterproof or not, I don’t want to chance it. The lace up is really weird and I can’t seem to get them to fit tight enough without the tongue of the shoe getting in the way. I will say that the toe box area is bigger than normal with a lot of toe room. Overall, I do not like them.

I really wanted to like these boots! I know they aren’t name brand $59 is a steep for these boots. They’re very snug. I highly suggest going up half to a full size depending on the socks you wear. Most of us wear wool socks while hiking, and I couldn’t even wear these with thin socks. The toe box is not wide. Maybe wide for places where the people are built smaller. I’m Nordic. I’m 6’1 240 lb woman. As my kid’s friends say, “bro she could fold you in half” 😆

Comfortable, easy on, waterproof
I have to start this off by saying that I have several sets of dogs that I walk many times a day. I can’t walk all my dogs at the same time so I walk them separately. And I live in South Florida so, rain or shine. I have to walk dogs. If I have to do it in the rain, I wear a poncho. However, my feet always get wet. Always.It’s a delicate balance, I need comfortable shoes, but I need them to be waterproof. This almost seems like an impossible feet. First I tried Adidas cloud foam, which were very comfortable, but not waterproof. Then I purchased Skechers that were very easy to put on, but also not waterproof and also not comfortable for long distances. These shoes really fit the Bill. Not only are they comfortable, they’re easy to slip on and they are truly waterproof.My neighborhood also gets very soggy. The puddles really start to take over and you might walk into the grass thinking there’s no puddle, but there is a puddle. Before you know it, you’re 3 inches deep in water and your socks are soaked. Not fun.The size 10, fits me perfectly, and I feel like this is a really good value because I had looked at some hiking shoes that were waterproof and they were extremely expensive. These seem to have everything I was looking for minus the hefty price tag. Believe me, you want these if you need comfortable shoes that are waterproof.

Solid hiking boots with good support
These are a great pair of hiking boots for the price. They feel sturdy and supportive, especially around the ankle, and the wide toe box makes them really comfortable on longer walks. They also grip well and handle mud and puddles without an issue — truly waterproof. They are a bit bulkier than expected, so they’re not the most lightweight option out there, but for durability, comfort, and weather protection, they do the job really well. Perfect for trails and wet conditions.
