I’ve been taking Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Beauty Edition Capsules for a while now, and I love how much easier they are to take compared with the powdered version. The capsules are convenient — no scooping, mixing or dealing with taste — which makes it much more likely I’ll keep using them consistently.I’ve also noticed that my nails seem stronger and that my skin feels a bit more hydrated (though of course it’s a gradual effect). For the price, I feel like I’m getting good value because I don’t have to invest extra time or effort.My only hesitation (which keeps me from giving a full five stars) is that with capsules you may get a lower dose of collagen per serving compared to powder options, so if you’re looking for the maximum collagen amount you might want to compare.
