Great machine and great price good quality
Great elliptical hybrid.It can be built by one person on the box they indicated better with 2 people .The reason is when it comes time to connect the cable for resistance . Make sure you extend the cabel all the way you do this with the resistance dial . When it comes time for this part if your doing it by your self just lay it on its side have something to keep it partially propped up so it doesn’t lay all they way down to the ground.The other big help was asking Rufus the AiFor a video on full assembly step by step .It was a very simple process. Except when you connect the resistance cable just be patient you will connect it.My wife absolutely loves this .Good quality so no worries on that end .Price at a very fair price.

Terrible instructions
Very bad instructions. Had to watch a you tube video several times to put it together. Once you get it together it’s a great exercises experience.

Trick to Connect Metal Cable
This is for beginners! It’s not difficult to assemble. When connecting the little metal cable make sure the tension knob is all the way at its lowest position to make the cable extend out form the tube more. This will make your job much easier. Takes about 1 hour with two people. Ask your wife to help! There is a YouTube video on how to put it together. Just search the brand and model number. Be sure to read the red writing on the video. It’s important!

Small Elliptical not a good fit
Packaging was really protective…30 minutes to unwrap! Instructions incredibly bad for installation but Youtube video outstanding. Foot boards are too narrow for men’s sneakers or Hoka shoes! Did not see that this model did not have a light on workout board. The space for placement of your tablet or phone is Really small…not good for items with protective covers. Hard to get used to the small steps compared to regular size elliptical. Having a seat makes for a good option for workouts. Definitely space saver.

Excellent cardio option, especially if you have low ceilings
We had the Sunny Glider, which I believe is more suitable for beginners. I was looking for an elliptical, but our workout space has low ceilings (77 inches), so it was challenging to find one that would work. This one fit the bill! It’s very well made and the stride length (12.5 inches) makes it perfect for our space. My husband is 5’9 and he can use it without his head hitting the ceiling (he has a few inches of clearance at the highest point). It has adjustable resistance and a heart rate monitor, which is very nice. The movement is very quiet and smooth. Of course, it’s not at all like an elliptical you’d find at a gym, but for the price, we are very satisfied. You’ll get a great workout and it’s also nice to have the option to use it as a stationary bike. I really like Sunny products a lot. We have their Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW1205 Rowing Machine Rower and Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Trainer, which are also excellent for our home gym set up, as they fold up (this one doesn’t but it has wheels to make it easy to move around). I highly recommend this machine, especially if you have low ceilings.

Compact, Good Workout, Quiet, Sturdy
I have been using this Elliptical for three days. I wanted a full body, upper and lower body workout. @81 yrs, I thought the seat would be helpful as I tired out to rest and then stand for the ellipitcal part. It turns out, I get a better workout for upper & lower body while sitting. The best thing so far is that I am using it and getting exercise. Due to back issues and low hemoglobin, I sit too much. But 10 min on this machine is a work out. I moved up to 20 sporadic minutes today. I recommend hiring someone to put it together if you are not brilliant. I am so happy that I have this equipment. I feel like I have found the best exercise equipment for me.I am finally doing real needed exercise to help myself become stronger, have more energy and be a more able person. I want to be able to visit and walk around various historical sites.

Bakers secret
The only thing I have an issue with is the noise it makes after using it a couple months. I believe that tightening the screws should eliminate it. That’s what others said . It is convenient for daily routine of exercise. We do walk often in mornings, but sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate. This helps me feel better about all my baking I do. Able to keep weight under control.
