As I got a little older, the deodorant I had used for years no longer was working.I tried MANY different deodorants and bought this one by mistake. It has been one of the best mistakes I have ever made! I looked it up and was surprised to see that it was specifically designed for women with ‘rich melanin skin’, but I am as Caucasian as they come, and it worked great for me. It smells good, does not irritate my skin, and lasts all day.

Body deodorant is very tough to apply and isn’t very effective
I do not like this deodorant, I actually bought it thinking it was regular deodorant but it’s body deodorant. It’s just so hard to apply. It sticks to your skin and personally hurts when I apply it. The smell is amazing, I just don’t like how it apply and when I tried to use it I didn’t feel like it worked well at all. I love this brand just not this product made by them.

I truly wanted to like this product. What I like about this product is the smell. It has a fresh clean smell of coconuts, but it does not last through the day. It seems to provide a tiny amount anti perspirant protection, and it isn’t crazy expensive. What I don’t like is that it does not go on smoothly. It has a texture to it that is rough and bumpy and it is not creamy. It is very dry and pulls on my skin when I apply it under my arms, boobs, and belly, and thighs. It is painful to apply because it pulls on my skin and does not glide across the skin as other “regular” stick deodorant does. I have tried it on several occasions at night before bed and in the morning. I don’t sweat a lot, but when doing strenuous activity or being out walking around town all day in the Honolulu weather, certain body parts can start to feel yucky and then develop a smell. My chest sits on my belly, my belly sits on my thighs, you get the picture. Although I had thoroughly applied the deodorant to every part that could be a problem after a day of sun and sand, I still had almost the same amount of moisture in those areas. I bought this to take on a trip at the end of the month and it will not make it into my toiletry bag. This is the only whole body deodorant I have ever tried so I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to be, if this is a bad batch, or just a brand issue. I will not rebuy nor recommend.
