Very hard surface quality, but I still like and use it carefully
I have chronic thoracic pain and purchased this after using a friend’s roller. I love this, but it’s a little too hard and the massage prongs are almost too big and hard until I have to be careful to not apply too much of my body weight pressure. I use mine often and will continue. I still love it and it does help my pain. I advise to purchase a simple yoga mat because the roller material is slick and it doesn’t grab if you’re just lying on carpet while using. It will slide out from underneath you.

Main foam roller is weak and breaks if you use it regularly within 2 or so months.
The foam roller worked good for about 2 or so months before breaking. I weigh around 170-180lbs so not overweight or beyond reasonable weight. I wouldn’t not recommend, the band is nice for basic isometrics but this product is hardly worth it if the main product breaks from fairly light work. It’s not built to last, and built from shoddy plastic. Would refund this product if it didn’t break outside of the refund window.
