Just got it Friday. Easy to put together, if you don’t have the instructions just watch the video in the pictures. The first day I did 50 ab crunches, with 2 minutes breaks in between, 600 rows on first day. I felt a little soreness, but felt like if I wasn’t doing it correctly and I should have been a little more sore. So I watched a video to more sure I was using the machine correctly and the proper form and I wasn’t (just google rower machine form and different videos going to show up,just pick one too watch, it’ll show you the proper form to use). So I highly recommend watching a video on the correct work to use. Once I watched a video, I did 60 ab crunches and 200 rows and definitely feel the burn a little more. My abs, hips, thighs and back is where I feel the soreness, those are my target areas I wanted to work. I’ll update after using it for 14 days. I am also practicing a semi clean eating diet through the next 14 days and increasing my water intake.

Easy it use and my stomach hurts after using it so I guess it works
This was very easy to put together, with very little work involved comes almost as a whole with a couple of parts you have to screw in. As someone who normally doesnt have workout equipment at home and just goes to the gym i will say There is a metal pin that comes in a bag without a clear explanation I can find, but I did figure out. When you turn it from a rowing machine to an ab workout you use the pin to keep it upright. So don’t lose it. This might seem like common knowledge, but I do not commonly own gym equipment. The ability to fold it and stick it in a corner is very nice for limited space. So far have not had any problems with it

No meant for an old person
I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought it. It is at floor level and for a70 year old person it is a disaster. I have a hard time getting on it and getting off it is impossible, I have to have my son help me up.
