Very impressive high quality storage glass container for food
I bought this 17-cup Rajab container to keep in my refrigerator for large-batch cooking. I usually cook once a week and make a large amount of food, then store it in different containers and reheat it later. As an Indian descent, our cooking takes a lot of time and effort, so storing food for up to a month in the refrigerator and reheating it in the microwave or stove is a great strategy for saving time. I was initially using plastic containers but eventually switched to glass because it is a healthier, non-toxic option. When I found these Rajab containers, I noticed they came in several sizes, and I bought a few different ones to match my needs.This 17-cup container is very well built. The glass is thick, crystal clear, and free of impurities. The lid has a strong rubber seal and snaps securely on all four sides. It also includes a handle on the top, which is extremely convenient when moving it in and out of the fridge or freezer. The shape is practical and fits nicely inside my freezer without wasting space. I have been very impressed with the quality—I eventually ordered four of them along with other sizes from the same company. I have reheated food directly in the microwave using this container, and the glass did not crack or show any issues. It handles both freezer-cold temperatures and high heat without any problems. Ok, Wow. That’s Big.
Um….wow. That’s big enough for what I needed. I suppose you could squeeze a small chicken in it, but I wanted something for my soups or big portions. I like to sorta meal prep, but I don’t care to portion. So being able to put EVERYTHING in the same container and just grab it as I need it is great. I intended to use it for soups in the first place. And its NICE for my uses.I HATE that the handle on the lid looks, feels, and is secure, but obviously there’s still the fear of the the handle breaking or the lid not having a good seal, but it’s mostly in my head because I’m aware of holding glass that’s holding a lot of food that’ll be wasted if I drop it. That’s natural. So I hold it at the bottom as I carry it anyway. I just hold the handle to get it in my hands.My only real problem was it didn’t arrive packaged properly at ALL. It was a just the purification product and a thin plastic film on it to prevent debris from getting on it. The same plastic film on like anything you buy. So my first one arrived damaged. Glass pieces everywhere. They sent me a new one, and it survived the trip, but the first one was busted. Customer service took care of the problem extremely quickly though.Great price, though. No problems other than the first one was damaged in shipping and doesn’t have anything to protect it on the way over. Pretty crazy. But I love this. It’s perfect. Its absolutely massive. I don’t think the pictures do it justice.

It’s huuuuuuge!
It’s huge! It truly fits a rotisserie chicken in it- much easier to store leftover chicken this way. Used for leftover chili, etc as well.

Great Container, But Check Dimensions
This is a high-quality, durable glass container with a fantastic, leak-proof lid and a smart retractable handle. It’s great for large leftovers and meal prep. However, it is much smaller than advertised and definitely won’t fit a turkey as claimed, more like a small chicken. So check the actual dimensions carefully before ordering.

It’s perfect for storing my cheese grater and cheese wedge in fridge all in one.

Great food storage container, holds a whole watermelon. It was perfect for holding my homemade pasta salad for the family reunion. Keeps food sealed tight I like the handle,will be getting 1 more.
