I’m 59, and this is the best multivitamin I’ve ever tried!I sleep so much better now — I fall asleep easily and wake up feeling fully rested. Great Multivitamin for Women 50+!
My mom has been taking these vitamins for a few weeks and she can already feel the difference — more energy, better focus, and overall she just feels healthier. One half tablet
I would have given this a 5 star, but upon opening my bottle and pouring out my first tablet, 1/2 of a tablet came out. This is the first time this has happened. I poured the whole bottle out to find the other half. It wasn’t there. So, my bottle of 60 tablets is actually a bottle of 59 and 1/2. All that said I really like the supplement facts on the bottle of(Alive Vitamin.)

Potent Vitamin
I like this particular vitamin because of the premium ingredients. They have a lot of what I’m looking for in a multivitamin, including supplements for my eyes. I believe they give me more energy as well. They are also more affordable than a lot of other vitamins out there.

I do feel more energetic with these in my supplement routine
I’m in my 60s, pretty active, and a vegan. I don’t necessarily eat the healthiest of diets. I finally decided to start taking a multi to fill in the gaps. I chose this brand and version based on what I have researched for my needs. I take this, B2, DHA for vegans, magnesium, and electrolytes (because I sweat a lot). I don’t always take these on a regular basis but I’m starting to realize I feel much more energetic when I do take these. They do have a bit of an aftertaste that I could do without and that’s probably why I don’t reach for them everyday. But, it’s not that bad, and I do feel better when I take them so that’s a small tradeoff.
