My new favorite workout piece.
I have been using this adjustable kettlebell for a few weeks now and it’s quickly become my favorite piece of equipment. The weight changes are smooth and simple, making it easy to transition between exercises. It feels sturdy and well made.It’s a bit larger then a typical kettlebell. I am under 5 feet tall and I have had no trouble handling it comfortably.I am happy with the Lifepro adjustable kettlebell and recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile piece of equipment.

Fantastic solution for a home gym
I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy and smooth the weight-adjustment mechanism is with this kettlebell. My only complain is that it’s big (bigger than a kettlebell of its heaviest weight), but the smooth, curved exterior and good handle means it isn’t too unwieldy.

Ingenious design some ways it could be improved
I think it’s super ingenious and easy to use! The clicking and changing weights is very smooth. If I could make changes, I would love to have a setting where the base attaches to the kettle bell so I can move both together out of the way, and put more texture on the handle so it’s less slippery feeling in the hand. And when I use it I can hear the weights inside clacking and it makes me a little nervous to do swinging with the kettlebell but I know that it’s not unstable or loose, just how it’s made, but something to keep in mind anyways

Really cool KB product
I am pretty amazed at the quality of this adjustable kettlebell. Before taking it out of the box, I wasn’t quite sure how it was going to work. But no instruction was really needed to figure out how to adjust the weight of the kettle bell. Once I put it on the base, it clicked and easily turned to adjust the amount of weight. This adjustable kettlebell is a great way to get seven different weights available in a compact size.The kettlebell shipped directly from Amazon and arrived within a week. The product came well packaged. It was secured by Styrofoam inside the box. It also includes a wall hanging chart that displays a number of exercises that you can do with the kettle bell. The instruction manual is concise, as it’s not very difficult to learn how to store and adjust the size of the kettlebell. The kettlebell itself contains a number of plates internally that are attached or released when put on the base and twisted to adjust to the desired weight. It seemed pretty sturdy. No matter how many plates I had attached, there was no fear that the plates would come flying out of the kettlebell when swung. The kettlebell functioned like any other kettlebell. I was able to do any exercise I would have done with a normal kettlebell, swings, presses, carries, etc. Although the size of the kettlebell is a little larger than a standard 44 lb kettlebell, I was still able to use it for swings and presses. For reference, I am 5’5” and 125 lbs.Overall, it seems very sturdy and well-made. This is a great product for someone who has limited space and wants access to a variety of weights. I am excited to bring this down to my beach house to be able to use next summer. I have a number of LifePro products that have served me well over the years.Just a few things to note: It is a bit larger than your standard 44 pound kettlebell, which may prove unwieldy for some. Like I said I was still able to use it for kettlebell swings. My other comment is the handle is very smooth. This may cause the kettlebell itself to slip out of your grip when your hands are sweaty. However, other than these two comments, I think it’s great product.

My first kettlebell
This is an extremly well designed kettlebell, a little larger than I thought but looks like it will hold up. Very well packaged. The changing weights is very easy, just twist and lift up. I haven’t had a chance to actually use it yet, just had shoulder issue before it arrived but am anxious to try it out. It may be too large to do some of the exercises but can always get a smaller solid one for those. I do wish that it had one more click setting to fasten it to the base for moving around but will adjust to that.

Great product for saving space and money
This came super fast and is very easy to use .I love how much space it saves me. Easy to adjust to the different weights . I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a space saving way to have a variation in weights .
