    Must have for mental health
    I have been a huge fan of this company for quite some time now. All of their products have been really great quality. You can tell that they aren’t just trying to “make a buck” they genuinely want to help people.I am diagnosed with Anxiety and Panic disorder that stem from PTSD and it’s been really hard especially of late. I have been subscribed to this company’s emails and received a recommendation from them. I saw that it was for anxiety and I was in shock. It was a sign.I bought it immediately and I’m so very happy I did. Having a journal like this is crucial for recovery and getting better day by day. This, with my therapy, self help books and my emotional support doggo I should be on my way to good mental health in no time.I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company and their products. I’m very very satisfied and thankful. 🫶🏻

    It great for reducing anxious thoughts and for positive thinking
    This journal helps me organize my thoughts and reduce anxiety. It is well planned, starts with explaining how to break the cycle of negative thinking and the methodology behind the daily layout. Each day has space for gratitude, affirmation, journaling and a self-reflection prompt that changes every day. And I love how the prompts touch exactly on the topics I need to explore for reducing anxiety and thinking more positively. I love it and I am excited to have this as part of my day!

    I love this journal. It is a lovely color, the perfect size and I like the prompts. If you have a lot to write daily It may not be for you, the daily entry section is pretty short. But for an everyday notebook to jot down a few notes, it’s perfect

    I’ve been using this journal everyday for a couple weeks now and i absolutely think it makes a difference in my mental health. This journal helps remind you to be thankful and remember your strengths. It’s bound with a hardcover that protects the pages from being worn even when I toss it in my bag 24/7. Would recommend.

    Selling point for me: I liked the different prompts at the end of each day – many journals don’t have that. You have your daily prompts that are the always the same but there’s a new thoughtful question/ prompt per day. Made well. .
