It’s definitely on the lighter side in terms of support, so I wouldn’t recommend it for high-impact activities like running or HIIT—but for pilates, yoga, or just casual wear, it’s perfect.The material feels soft and breathable, and I love that the pads are removable. They do shift a bit in the wash, so I recommend taking them out before laundering. The fit runs true to size for me, though if you’re between sizes or have a larger bust, you might want to size up for more coverage and comfort.Overall, this bra offers a great balance of style and function for low-impact workouts, and it’s cute enough to wear on its own with high-waisted leggings!

Low Impact Comfort
This low impact sports bra is so comfortable – it has a mesh lining which feels great on the skin while keeping you cool. The padding is high quality and doesn’t bunch up or shift, but can also be removed for those who prefer no padding.I normally wear an XL or DD bra and this fit great – no bulge and enough support to lounge around the house and play with the kids (no marathon running though). I loved the way it fit and love that I can be comfortable at times I don’t need full coverage.The material is so soft and feels luxurious, if a sports bra can be luxurious. I would to have this in multiple colors for my lazy Saturday’s!

Needed this style for a tank top i ordered and i can’t say anything negative. The bra supported the girls so easily and the material was spot on. I ordered it in black and white and will for sure order in other colors
