Finally found the most convenient and affordable combination massager! For me, this one delivers great relief for sore muscles and back pain expecially for someone who spemds long hours sitting. Has strong and deep massages that is customizable to the anyones preference. Has remote control for easy use. Has gentle and relaxing heat funtion. I cant recommend this enough, its portable too, can be strapped in any chair. 4D kneading nodes is fantastic. Feels like professional massage at home

I used this product for less than an 8 hour work day. When the device is off the massager do not retract and puts a ton of pressure on your back. I was replacing my old chair massager for something that I thought was better and wasn’t. Not to mention it was a fraction of the cost and the massager retracted. My back STILL hurts and I removed it from my chair at least 6 hours ago. The neck massagers zipper is in a poor place and scratches neck. The vibration and heating was sufficient though. I do not recommend and I’m returning ASAP! Please keep in my I almost never do reviews but this was a must because it cost so much and is worthless.

It works when it’s on, It doesn’t when it’s off.
I work from home, sitting at my desk all day. The massager works great when I’m using it. I’m a Sign Language interpreter and it doesn’t affect my signing while it’s on, which is great. The heat is a good touch. The side flaps, and seat cushion ONLY vibrate and have no kneading massaging. It would’ve been nice if it did. My biggest problem is when it’s off and I’m not using it. It’s not very comfortable to just sit against and forces me to sit forward instead, which leads to strain on my back. It’s not something I can quickly take on and off the chair. Because it takes up quite a bit of space on the chair, I feel like I’m being pushed forward out of my chair, causing me to use my legs to constantly push back into the massager as it’s going, which doesn’t allow my legs and lower back to relax. I’ve only used it for an hour so far, so I’m trying to adjust and make it work.2.5 hours into using it on my work chair, I had to remove it. I don’t want it on the entire time I’m working, but it’s so uncomfortable to lean back on when it’s off. My back now hurts more than before.

Talking about PAIN!
I bought this massager for my husband who has sciatica. He wanted the massager to go up to his shoulders and further down his back, but was disappointed that it didn’t. A couple of days ago I tried it out. Talking about PAIN! I have a boney back and those massage balls dug in and I almost jumped out of my seat! Now I have soreness today, but yesterday, I had to take required Ibuprofen. This was a bad experience for me but maybe if you have meat on your bones, it won’t be so bad.

Great quality massage
This is excellent. I’ve used this massage chair several times as is needed when I have back pain. It is great. The neck massage almost feels like a real person is working on your neck. It is easy to use, just plug into an outlet and use the hand control to set how you want it. It has multiple settings that can be changed easily. You can turn on heat which really feels good and can set different intensities of vibration. I prefer the massage and heat settings over the vibration. You can also put this in your car. I have not tried that just yet but plan to do when I have a long trip. Great product, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Doesn’t hit shoulders
The massage this gives is great, but unfortunately I am returning. The back massager essentially stops right below my scapula, but I carry all of my tension in my in my shoulders, and this doesn’t hit them at all! There’s basically a gab between the neck and scaps that is basically untouched. The neck massage is great, but my neck doesn’t really stay in it when the massage hits my mid-upper back. I’m 5’10”, and I’d assume that it will hit your shoulders around 5’6″ and shorter.video shows the gap where it stops.
