I <3 this massager. I work in IT so a desk job sitting hours at the computer and it easy to feel back & neck soreness. This is easy to use, plug and play, comfortable options to set it up on the computer hair, couch or bed to take care of those back and neck spots. The kneading massage heads are great at getting rid of those pesky knots. The heat option is an added bonus. The remote has other feature like 15 min timer, changing directions of the kneading rollers, speed of the massage etc. It also had the flexible option to use on different surfaces, body parts and also a 12v plugin to use with a car.

I’ve been using this back and neck massager for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The Shiatsu kneading nodes feel like a deep-tissue massage, and the optional heat function is perfect for loosening up tight muscles — especially after a long day sitting at a desk. The massage nodes may feel intense for very sensitive users. It is a portable to use in the car, thanks to include the car adapter. But It isn’t include rechargeable battery. It needs to be plugged in to use it.Overall, it’s an excellent value for the price, and a great tool for relieving muscle tension at home.

I like the product. It works well. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars is because it feels kind rough on my back. Anywhere on my body. Even on low setting. And the heat is too hot. I’m scared it’s going to catch on fire or burn myself. I turn the heat setting off and it’s still hot like fire. Just be cautious while using. Other than the roughness and the heat it’s ok.
