When I opened it at the campground, it had a small rip. Even though it was disappointing , but I was still able to set it up and use it for 4 nights. I really liked it(besides the rip). It’s very roomy and easy to set up. When I got back, I wanted to return it. The seller was fast and excellent in responding and helping me with the refund, and that’s the main reason why I gave it a 5-star

Not suitable for windy conditions
This would probably be fine for summer camping (not near a windy beach), but we found it really didn’t hold up to heavy spring winds at all with the design of the joints, where the metal side bars connect to a bracket which connects to the top flexible tent poles. The rain fly is the only thing connecting those side poles to the outer guy lines which would stabilize it in wind – but it’s connected to the rainfly with one velcro strap per metal bar. What ended up happening is the side of the tent taking the brunt of the wind just collapsed continuously. The metal side poles would just twist in the joints and fall inward, I kept trying to reposition the guy lines to see if that was the problem, but the whole system just isn’t stable enough. It was a cool tent, I really liked the pop up awnings, but for multi season camping it just doesn’t work. The zippers weren’t the best quality either, I could tell the main door wouldn’t last long as it seemed both times we set it up there was a lot of tension trying to close it. Easy to return, hope they redesign and do some adjustments!

Sturdy enough for some serious wind!
Great tent. Really withstood the wind at McConaughy Lake, NE (iykyk)! The tent did have a silver flap rip off near one of the main zippers. It’s not detrimental to the functioning of the tent, but was a bit annoying.
