Absolutely love this!!
This foam roller is very dense, but easy to use when stretching. I like that it’s 36 inches long because you can lay your whole back on it and stretch out your shoulders if you are working at a computer or hunching over all day, it’s a perfect stress relief.

This is a generously sized, nice and firm foam roller. It has been effective for use as my physical therapist prescribed. It’s a nice, bright color. It rolls easily and despite me using it for daily pain relief for over a month now, it still looks brand new.

This is a pretty standard foam roller with a little better finish than some. I like the unique yellowish-green color. The density is a good balance of firmness and softness. This is really effective for rolling out sore muscles. While this 24-inch model is nice for many things. Simple, firm, and effective.
This is a very firm, high-density foam roller, which is exactly what I needed for my back and IT bands. It’s not soft or squishy at all, so it really gets deep into the muscles after a workout. The material seems very durable and I don’t think it’s going to lose its shape anytime soon. It’s also very lightweight, so it’s easy to move around. It’s a basic tool, but it’s been very effective for my post-run stretching and recovery routine.
