This is an excellent kit for anyone interested in starting a pilates workout. It comes with a pilates ring, a mini ball, three mini bands, and two flex bands; it also includes a large poster that demonstrates some of the many exercises you can do with this kit, and a mesh bag if you are traveling. I found some explanations of the exercises to be unclear for someone who has never done them, and the print is very small. All of the equipment is of good quality, and I had no problems blowing up the ball. I chose the plum colored set, which looks attractive to me. It comes packaged in a matching color box ready for gifting.Overall, this is a nice set for someone who wants to try out pilates without a significant investment.

I’ve never had an at home gym setup, but this is the quality I would find at the gym. The bands are perfect to grow as you do and the hoop provides a decent amount of resistance training. I don’t know much about Pilates, other than it’s popular, but the guide this comes with walks me through each exercise so I feel confident in my workouts.
