TheFitLife Nordic Walking Trekking Poles are hands-down the best walking sticks I’ve ever used. They’re incredibly lightweight yet sturdy, making them comfortable for long walks and hikes. The height adjustments are very easy to understand and use—I even took a Sharpie and marked my preferred setting so I can instantly adjust them back to the right height every time. Another big plus is that they break down completely, which makes packing them in a suitcase for travel effortless. The antishock and quick-lock system add to the smooth, secure feel. For anyone who walks, hikes, or travels, these are a perfect choice

Awesome product
Love these walking sticks. Lightweight to carry, guides me along. I have knee problems. It helps me walk tall and steady without leaning. I don’t need/use it as a walking cane. Has multiple feet to fit both sticks. Not a bad price either for what you get.

Great Poles, But Handle Too Small for Medium Hands
I really wanted to love TheFitLife Nordic Walking Trekking Poles, but unfortunately, I had to return them due to an issue with the handle size. While the quality of the poles seemed great, I ran into a problem with the handle that made them uncomfortable for me to use.I’m 5 feet 6 inches tall with medium-sized hands (I typically wear a medium glove), so I didn’t expect this to be an issue. However, when I grabbed the handles, I quickly noticed they were too small for my hands. Specifically, the bottom part of the handle pressed into the lower area of my fist—the pinky side. It created an uncomfortable rubbing sensation that was noticeable even after only a short time of holding them. I could immediately tell this would become a bigger issue if I had to walk for any significant distance or on a long hike. I could feel the pressure building in that spot, and I knew the friction would turn into a blister or irritation after a few miles.I tried adjusting the wrist straps, hoping it would relieve some of the pressure, but it didn’t help much. The handles themselves felt narrow, and no matter how I adjusted my grip, the bottom of the handle continued to press against my fist. While the rest of the pole felt lightweight, durable, and easy to adjust, that handle was a dealbreaker for me.It’s a shame because these poles seemed perfect for Nordic walking or hiking. The poles were easy to adjust in terms of height, they felt sturdy, and I liked the ergonomic design. But the handle was just too small and uncomfortable for my medium-sized hands. I knew that rubbing in that area would be a serious issue if I were to walk for hours, and I didn’t want to risk hurting my hands or getting blisters.On the bright side, Amazon’s good return policy made returning these poles a very easy process, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. If you have smaller hands, you may find these poles to be a perfect fit, but for anyone with medium to larger hands, I’d suggest trying them out first to see if the handle works for you. I really hope TheFitLife might consider offering a larger handle option in the future, as I think these poles have a lot of potential otherwise.

Walking sticks instead of a cane! Yeah! ⛄️ Great buy with a few different tips.
I used a cane for quite some time as I have bursitis in one hip.i noticed that I was starting to lean away from me bad hip and hunching over. After using the walking poles for a bit of time I noticed my posture was better and so did my husband.Even when I am having an attack, the sticks allow me to get where I am going. I never could have walked the extra distance with a cane.The poles are sturdy and can be adjusted in height as well as they can collapse for air travel. I feel very safe walking up and down stairs.I am finding that I do not need them inside my home.

Very Nice for the Price!
These are actually REALLY nice for the price of them. I need something to help me walk cuz of multiple Back surgeries…and Chronic Back Pain. And these help with my posture and taking a little bit of weight off my lower back. They are well made, Sturdy, got the red ones which turned out nice as well. Came with multiple different ‘Feet” for different terrains you might walk on. I love them and they are easy to use and would definitely buy again

A Must Have Walking Stick
These walking sticks are great I have a medical condition with both of my legs and these metal walking sticks helps a lot. It gives me balance and for helping me get up from a sitting position. I gave one to an elderly aunt who had the same problem. These really are great for hiking as well and the walking sticks can protect you from dangerous wildlife on the trail or when walking in your neighborhood! This is a must have walking sticks, I highly recommend it!

40代夫婦で何も知らず低下した体力のまま低山登りを開始。下山時に膝がガクガクになり悲惨な目に遭う。その時颯爽と降りてゆく高齢登山者がトレッキングポールを使用されてました。そこで数多あるトレッキングポールから調べてこちらの商品を見つけました。自身が入門用に購入したのもあり金額的にも初心者向け入門には適した商品だと思います。夫婦で2セットをハイキングやちょっとした岩場のある1000m級の山登りに5〜6回使用していますが今のところ不具合なく使用できています。この商品を選ぶにあたって着目した点は内部構造でした。内部にバネが入っており、高低差がある場所の昇り降りで手への負担が軽減されることです(バネはおそらく1cm程度の沈み込み)足への負担を手に逃がすイメージです。ほかもレビューにも書かれている通り入門用にとてもおすすめできる商品と思います。軽さについて4を付けたのは更に軽いカーボン製があるのを知っているからです。特に重いとは思いません。(金額的には5です)自身が少し腰が悪く公園にてウォーキングで使用してみても良かったのでウォーキング用に義母にもプレゼントしました。

The trekking poles satisfied our needs for my wife and I. They are simple to adjust in length and are provided with a number of accesories for differing terain which is well explained in the instructions. Our only difficulty has been the interpretation and diagram of how to hold the handle strap in the hand. Would be an improvement if that could be better expl;ained or shown in a diagram. The current diagram is confusing.
