Works really well for strengthening yoga. I don’t use the blocks because my physical therapist said to avoid stretching, but the other stuff is really nice, and the mat is comfy.

Worth the money
Amazing bundle!!! I use daily and have already seen results after using the resistance bands, the door band. The blocks are thick, sturdy and have some weight to them. Great for stability.
